Looking for some healthy Veggies..... Flowers Urban Garden is open Saturday from 10am - 1:30pm - They have organic lettuce, tomatoes and much more. They are located at 835 Creel Street. Stop by and visit them.......

You still have time to sign up for 2015 Spring Camp. Listed below are the training activities that will take place:

Computrainer Sessions at Infinity Bike Shop - This will consist of at least 6 weeks of training session at the Infinity Bike Shop Beach Side.

Group Bike Ride will be held on Saturday, April 18th at 10:00 am. Meet at Oars and Paddles Park in Indian Harbour Beach for a pre-camp group ride along Tropical Trail. Perfect for those who are new to riding in a group, or anyone who just wants a nice, scenic ride!

Bike Clinic/Tire Changing Clinic will be held on Saturday, April 25th at 9:30 am at Infinity Bike Shop's Mainland store at 804 East Hibiscus Blvd.

8 Sunday mornings of Swim/Bike/Run Our first workout on 4/19 will be a swim workout with video analysis at Gleason Park Pool in Indian Harbour Beach. The next 5 workouts will be held at Ryckman Park in Melbourne Beach (4/26, 5/3, 5/10, 5/17, 5/24, 5/31). Our final workout will be on 6/14 and we will meet at Infinity Beachside to practice on the Indialantic Boardwalk Tri course.

Tri Fitness workouts will be held every Thursday night at 6:00 pm, location TBA. Wear running attire, bring a towel, and don't forget your water!

Friday Evening Lap Swimming at Florida Tech pool from 430 - 5:30 pm.

Beachside TriSport has been training triathletes since 2003. Every year offers a new group experience that will make your triathlon endeavors fun and rewarding! If you are looking for a place to start your triathlon training or you want to bring your training to the next level, Beachside TriSport's camps can help you reach your goals.


Beachside TriSport is a coaching partnership formed in 2003 by Suzanne Coullias & Becky Moody, both USA Triathlon Level 1 Certified Coaches and ACE certified Personal Fitness Trainers.  Currently owned and managed by Suzanne CoulliasJackie Clifton and Jeremy Stewart, Beachside TriSport has a team of experienced coaches to guide and motivate you.   Seasoned swim coaches Mike Mirda, Kristin Cusimano and Jeff Girten lead the organized swim workouts.  Along with Suzanne Coullias, coaches Jackie Clifton, Becky Moody,and Lindsay Davis coach the bike and run sessions.

Our Philosophy
We believe in training smarter, not harder. We will teach you tried and true triathlon training principles for swimming, biking and running. Staying “injury-free” is of utmost importance, and we will teach you to listen to your body to avoid it. In addition to regular workouts, we want to make sure you are getting enough rest and you are feeling good about your training – so we will incorporate the mental aspects of training in your workouts as well. We will encourage you to focus on achieving your own personal best. After all, training should not just be a means to an end, but it should be enjoyable along the way. We want to help make your tri training a fun and memorable experience. Come Tri with us!
